Be part of this great opportunity by applying as a barista. **Job Objective** Deliver an exceptional customer experience through the preparation of high-quality beverages, proper management and display of products in the showcase, and warm, agile, and commercially oriented service. Your role will be key to driving sales, ensuring correct product presentation, and strengthening brand experience. **Professional Profile** * Technical studies in Barista Training, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or high-traffic businesses. * Knowledge of extraction methods, preparation of hot and cold beverages, and food handling. * Experience in showcase management, product display, and suggestive selling is preferred. **Key Competencies** * Customer orientation. * Commercial skills. * Attention to detail. * Operational agility. * Organization. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare cold and hot beverages according to established quality standards. * Operate and properly maintain coffee and bar equipment. * Manage correct product display, restocking, and rotation in the showcase. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and visual appeal of the bar and showcases. * Advise customers on beverages, products, and promotions. * Apply suggestive selling techniques to increase average transaction value. * Monitor basic inventory levels of bar supplies and displayed products. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and service protocols.
