Negotiating and proactive attitude focused on closing sales **EXPERIENCE:** * Sales, Customer Service, and Contact Center: 1 year (Preferred) * All academic backgrounds **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Diligently manage all customer interactions across channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Contact patients by phone to confirm scheduling and/or appointments. Perform any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Basic PC and Excel proficiency. Complete daily activity reports. 5 days of OJT \+ In-person theoretical training **REQUIREMENTS:** **Proven experience** in customer service and sales within a Call or Contact Center (minimum 1 year, preferred). **Ability to analyze data** and identify opportunities with potential patients. **Negotiating and proactive attitude**, focused on closing sales. **Clear and effective communication** to connect with customers and build trust. **Active listening and empathy** to understand each patient’s needs. **Results-oriented mindset**, committed to improving efficiency, customer retention, and business growth.
