




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in construction or fire protection products, responsible for preparing documents, providing support, and managing inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support and product inquiry management. 2. Administrative document handling and procedure tracking. 3. Service orientation, effective communication, and teamwork. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or International Business. * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or assistant roles within construction and/or finishing materials, or fire protection products. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canvas. * Experience in face-to-face customer service and administration. * Strong organizational skills, document drafting ability, and user support capability. * Service orientation, effective communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities * Prepare, register, and track official letters, quotations, and company administrative documents. * Provide administrative support for activities and requests. * Manage and respond to inquiries regarding our products. * Track procedures such as SCTr and office service payments. * Follow up with our customers via phone calls, messages, or corporate email. * Other related duties. Working Conditions * Employment Type: On-site. * Workplace: Surco, Bolichera. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation * Bachelor's degree holder: S/ 2,400\. 00 Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
