Furthermore, Sandvik does NOT discriminate on any basis and complies fully with applicable law. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, direct, and control the country's commercial strategy in collaboration with the BLMs team. * Lead and manage the Account Managers team, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Develop and implement key account development plans aligned with budget and business strategic plan. * Identify growth opportunities in equipment, consumables, services, performance contracts, spare parts, and equipment rental. * Support complex negotiations with strategic customers. * Analyze market and competition, preparing performance, pricing, and commercial KPI reports. * Prepare and monitor budget, quarterly forecast, and divisional sales plans. * Ensure profitable and sustainable business for the company. * Maintain up-to-date customer and equipment fleet information on designated platforms. **Requirements:** * Mining, Industrial, Mechanical Engineer, Business Administrator, or related degree. * Minimum 10 years of field sales experience in mining and/or construction sectors, with strong business development track record. * Experience leading commercial teams and engaging with senior executives. * Knowledge of mining and/or construction sectors. * English: Advanced (mandatory). * Class A1 driver's license and off-road driving experience. * Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours. **Benefits****:** We offer a pleasant work environment, competitive benefits, and development opportunities
