Position Summary: Grupo Santa Elena, a leader in the Peruvian poultry market, is seeking a Commercial Quality Inspector to ensure product quality and food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect stored fresh products and detect deviations. 2. Monitor and record cold room temperatures. 3. Inspect cleanliness and sanitation of areas and personnel. We are currently seeking: **1 COMMERCIAL QUALITY INSPECTOR** for our facility located in **CALLAO** (next to MINKA) **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry, Biology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles, such as inspector. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Experience in cold rooms (desirable). **Benefits of the Position:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly salary payments. * Overtime pay. * 100% covered meals (1 meal per work shift). * SCTR insurance. * Statutory life insurance. **Responsibilities:** * Daily inspection of stored fresh products in cold rooms to detect and report any sensory deviations or products nearing or past their expiration date. * Monitoring and recording of cold room temperatures at the distribution center (DC). * Conducting and documenting inspections of cleanliness and sanitation across various areas within the DC, as well as sanitation of DC handling personnel. * Evaluating the sensory condition of customer product returns and reporting findings to the Commercial Quality Supervisor for final disposition. * Preparing management reports and sending them periodically via email to the immediate supervisor. * Other duties inherent to the position.
