If you are passionate about technology, articulate, driven by closing deals, and know how to "sell" a professional opportunity better than anyone else, this challenge is for you. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * **Active Hunting:** Identify and attract the market's best candidates. * **Retention and Networking:** Build strong relationships with candidates and department leaders (internal clients). * **Employer Brand Promotion:** Serve as our company's first ambassador, captivating talent from the very first contact. * **KPI Management:** Adopt a business-oriented mindset, aligning your processes with high-impact results. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience recruiting Telecommunications / Technology profiles. * A natural sales profile: excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and results orientation. * Proactivity and resilience (a "no" is merely the starting point of negotiation).
