Support in digital marketing campaigns and coordination with the sales team We are RE/MAX Prime, a real estate agency, and we are looking for a professional to oversee digital content management and creation for our brand, as well as comprehensive management of our social media accounts. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). * Experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools). * Experience creating and editing videos for Reels, TikTok, and advertising content. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). * Knowledge of marketing campaign planning and execution. * Ability to take photographs and videos. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Full-time availability. * Preference for candidates residing near the Pueblo Libre district – Lima. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:30 pm Saturday, 8:45 am to 1:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management of the company's social media accounts. * Creation of graphic and audiovisual content. * Video editing for social media. * Creation and management of social media advertising campaigns. * Support in digital marketing campaigns. * Coordination with the sales team for promotions and posts.
