At this time, we are searching for top-tier healthcare talent—and now wish to welcome a **CONTENT CREATOR**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in video recording and editing * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and graphic design software * Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and quick learning capability * Other duties related to your position as assigned by your immediate supervisor * Experience with TikTok Ads **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Plan, record, and edit audiovisual content** for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms—ensuring dynamic, engaging, and on-brand deliverables * **Develop creative scripts and high-impact hooks**, designed to capture attention within the first seconds and improve audience retention * **Research trends, viral audio, formats, and digital user behaviors**, enabling rapid content adaptation and leveraging opportunities for organic reach * **Produce reels, stories, short videos, and viral content**, focused on positioning, engagement, and lead generation * **Meet monthly audiovisual production targets**, including video volume and deliverables defined by the marketing department * **Conduct on-site recordings**, including consultations, testimonials, staff interviews, and lifestyle/corporate content—maintaining high visual and narrative quality * **Edit content efficiently**, using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or others—with emphasis on fast turnaround times * **Measure content performance** (views, engagement, retention, leads) and propose continuous improvements based on results * **Maintain visual consistency and brand voice** across all published content * **Consistently propose innovative ideas**, with a creative, commercial, and results-oriented focus **On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.** **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Opportunities for growth and development **APPLY WITH US AND JOIN OUR GREAT FAMILY!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience creating TikToks or viral content? * Are you available to work on-site Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, at our Surco or Jesus Maria location?
