At Patty Pastelería, a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the industry, we seek cheerful, responsible, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Multifunctional Customer Service Representatives at our San Isidro store. We offer growth opportunities to lead teams and manage one of our locations. What will you do? \- Provide warm customer service in-store, via delivery, and through apps. \- Process payments, perform cash reconciliation, and operate POS systems. \- Restock and display our products in showcases. \- Prepare coffee and cold beverages. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and good practices in the store. What we look for in you: \- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (restaurants, cafés, or pastry shops). \- Positive attitude, proactivity, honesty, and commitment. \- Knowledge of BPM and basic Excel skills. (If you have previously served as a store manager or supervisor, we highly value this experience for leadership positions within Patty.)
