Job Summary: PASTIPAN SAC is seeking a Call Center Operator for customer service, playing a key role in customer interaction and advising on bakery and pastry products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Answer telephone calls and take orders without sales. 2. Advise customers on bakery and pastry products. 3. We are currently seeking personnel for a **FULL-TIME CALL CENTER OPERATOR \- CUSTOMER SERVICE** position based in **SURCO**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or incomplete technical studies. * Minimum of 6 months' verifiable experience as a call center operator. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level). * Availability to work at the Surco location (Pastipan Galicia). * Strong service orientation. * Verbal fluency and clear diction. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (one day off per week). * Availability to work rotating shifts: **(8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer telephone calls and provide appropriate customer service. * Take customer orders (NO SALES). * Advise customers about our products. * Promote and market our products. * Perform duties assigned by supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: S/.1,130.00 (base) \+ S/.135 (mobility bonus) * Formal employment under the General Labor Regime with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * Profit-sharing. **APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR GREAT FAMILY!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience as a call center operator?
