At ACTIVA TALENTO, we are looking for a **Field Sales Supervisor** with leadership capability, results orientation, and experience managing commercial teams to drive the growth of our sales force. Responsibilities * Supervise and lead the field sales team. * Plan and execute commercial strategies to achieve objectives. * Accompany the team on customer visits and provide on-site feedback. * Acquire new customers and strengthen the existing customer portfolio. * Monitor team performance using management indicators (KPIs). * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Train and motivate the sales team. * Coordinate actions with relevant departments to ensure timely service delivery. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Field Sales Supervisor or in similar roles. * Experience leading commercial teams. * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. * Preferred: Existing customer portfolio or experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), nutritional supplements, or related products.
