Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to supervise finishing works, manage after-sales services for real estate projects, and coordinate property handovers to owners. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in supervision of finishing works and real estate after-sales service. 2. End-to-end management of property handover and file closure. 3. Proactive role in customer service and work progress tracking. Real Estate Company: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Architecture professional. * Advanced AutoCAD. * Minimum 4 years of experience supervising finishing works and being responsible for after-sales service of real estate projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage property handover through thorough inspection of finishing works and formalization of a technical observations report. * Coordinate with sales, finance, and construction departments to prepare the closure file and necessary documentation for property handover to the owner. * Manage customer service by preparing the observation sheet and acceptance certificate upon completion of works. * Maintain proactive customer engagement, facilitating ongoing work tracking and optimizing response times to any identified needs.
