




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Business Administrator to assist in project structuring, documentation development, and business management, supporting revenue diversification within franchise operations. We are a consulting firm specialized in helping individuals diversify their income by investing in market-positioned franchises, as well as advising entrepreneurs on structuring their operational areas and business management. We are currently seeking a: **JUNIOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- **Graduates of the following fields**: International Business, Hospitality and Tourism, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills \- **Three years of experience in business management**, preferably within gastronomy, retail, or industrial businesses. \- Residence in areas near San Isidro. (Not mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Assist in researching and collecting necessary information **(technical, operational, financial, legal)** for project structuring, as well as supporting documentation required for project justification. · Develop documentation applicable to service delivery (e.g., Conceptualization Manual, Operations Manual, Marketing Guide, among others). · Perform basic financial management of businesses (e.g., analysis of income statements and cash flow statements). · Conduct research or compilation of documentation per franchised brand (bibliographic resources). · Conduct operational inspections of client-owned brand establishments (diagnostic assessments). · Update commercial (operational) technical specifications, income statements, and commercial brochures for our brand portfolio. · Follow up via WhatsApp, email, or phone calls to address client questions regarding requested information. · Conduct meetings or interviews with clients or their staff to gather information for inclusion in the Operations Manual. · Organize, update, and upload files into designated folders in the company’s Google Drive. · Provide direct support for the consulting firm’s services. · Prepare presentations of information delivered to each brand owner or for the business management services we provide. · Assist in all aspects of corporate business management. · Perform other duties as assigned by management. **BENEFITS:** Inclusion in formal payroll.
