




Job Summary: We are seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and enhance the development of the e-commerce or marketplace channel, maximizing sales and strengthening long-term business relationships. A company representing exclusive and well-recognized brands in the market is looking for a **Key Account Manager (KAM)** to lead and enhance the development of the e\-commerce or marketplace channel. This position will be critical in managing strategic accounts such as Falabella, Ripley, Coolbox, Shopstar, Juntoz, among others, aiming to maximize sales and strengthen long-term business relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and develop key accounts in the e\-commerce channel. * Build and strengthen business relationships with strategic customers. * Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. * Propose and implement results-oriented commercial strategies. * Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities with each customer. * Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of commercial objectives. **Candidate Profile** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Organized, proactive, and solution-focused. * Interest in technology products, the digital environment, and e-commerce. * Basic technical knowledge of the online channel and technology equipment. **Education** * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in e\-commerce or commercial management will be valued. **Requirements** * Prior experience in commercial roles (sales, account management, customer service, e-commerce, or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of digital tools or marketplaces (desirable). * Immediate availability. **What We Offer** * Formal employment and job stability. * Fixed salary \+ attractive incentives based on goal achievement. * Ongoing training and development opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Offices located near Jockey Plaza. * Option to work remotely 1 or 2 days per week.
