If you have experience preparing over 400 meals daily and wish to join a dynamic team, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the production process, managing the preparation of **600 to 700 meals daily**, ensuring quality in each one. * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area before and after each shift, ensuring hygiene and order at all times. * Properly manage product temperatures and the cold chain to ensure correct food preservation and quality. * Know and apply the company’s **menu, promotions, and procedures** (BPMs and POES) to maintain quality standards. * Supervise the proper operation of **kitchen equipment** and support other production areas as needed based on sales flow. * Coordinate with the work team, promoting **effective and collaborative communication** throughout the production shift. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing high-volume food production (over 400 meals). * Commitment, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work in Callao. * Technical studies in culinary arts (preferred). * Willingness to obtain the Sanitary Certificate. **Benefits:** * Career development path. * Ongoing training. * Bi-weekly payments. * Fixed rest days: Sundays and holidays. * 100% covered meals.
