Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with agency background and expertise in strategic and digital marketing to design and implement marketing plans and generate business. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement the Strategic Marketing Plan 2. Responsible for commercial activities and customer growth 3. In-depth knowledge of products, sales, and competition Marketing Manager Requirements: * Experience in marketing agencies, creative agencies, or commercial departments. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Knowledge of Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines. * Familiarity with CRM strategies and tools, Canvas, etc. Responsibilities: * Design and implement the Strategic Marketing Plan, integrating digital and traditional tactics to position the brand and products. * Responsible for the company's commercial activities: contribute customers and business across all business lines. * Knowledge of the company's products and its sales and service systems. * Understanding of competitors, including their competitive advantages and weaknesses. * Analysis and identification of potential customers, and preparation of visit plans. * Other duties as assigned.
