Leadership role in supervising field sales teams We are looking for a Nutritionist to supervise Medical Representatives in the field. A Peruvian laboratory specializing in nutritional supplements is seeking a licensed Nutritionist with a commercial orientation and leadership skills, eager to develop expertise in field sales team supervision and management. We seek a proactive individual with a commercial mindset, capacity for continuous learning, and no hesitation to take on field challenges, results-oriented and committed to professional growth. Requirements: * Licensed Nutritionist (mandatory, completed studies). * Profile oriented toward sales and possessing negotiation skills. * No objection to field work (80% – 90%). * Interest in continuously learning and training on commercial strategies. * Leadership ability and team management capability. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in administrative tools (Excel, reporting, tracking). * Proactivity, commitment, and responsibility. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and operational activities. * Supervise and track the field team (medical representatives). * Conduct on-site field supervision to validate routes, performance, and task fulfillment. * Monitor daily reports and consolidate sales and activity data. * Identify team performance deviations and propose corrective actions. * Support the execution of training sessions, meetings, and goal tracking. * Provide technical\-commercial support to the team, reinforcing nutritional messaging in the field. * Accompany the team on strategic visits to reinforce deal closures and commercial relationships.
