Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to supervise and coordinate equipment management, maintenance, and optimize commercial and distribution processes, ensuring quality and efficiency. Leads continuous improvement projects and ensures quality standards **OPERATIONS MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * 4 to 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the steel or industrial products industry. * Experience in supervising and coordinating work teams. * Availability to work in Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Supervise electrical maintenance, welding, and general services personnel; implement industrial safety preventive measures. * Schedule and coordinate work activities; track absences, tardiness, leaves, and vacations for staff under supervision. * Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to optimize product marketing and distribution. * Supervise procurement, storage, inventory, and distribution processes, ensuring efficient execution in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse management, ensuring proper product storage and handling. * Identify and propose improvements in resource utilization to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency. * Ensure products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations. * Conduct periodic operational performance analyses, identify improvement areas, and propose solutions. * Lead continuous improvement projects and new operational initiatives. * Validate and approve staff working hours (HH.EE). * Validate and approve overnight shifts (amanecidas) incurred by workers across the company's various warehouses. * Validate invoices related to meal expenses resulting from HH.EE and overnight shifts. * Supervise and manage the company's daily operations. * Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer service requirements **BENEFITS:** * Biweekly payments * General Regime payroll * Career development path Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.0\.01 per month Application question(s): * In which sectors or industries have you worked (industrial, commercial, services, etc.)? * What are your salary expectations?
