Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Authorize high-value transactions and transaction cancellations on the IFI Altamira financial terminal (0708/0451\). * Authorize manually issued SWIFT messages. * Supervise reconciliation items assigned to the branch (0708/0451\) and coordinate their resolution. * Supervise reconciliation of unit income and expenses related to letters of guarantee commissions, expenses, rebates, and nostro account interest from abroad. * Control and safeguard the unit’s negotiable instruments (manager’s checks and letters of guarantee). * Respond to inquiries from local and international banks. * Address internal and external customer inquiries regarding letters of guarantee and other unit operations. * Supervise tasks performed by the team under supervision. * Other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Maintain the letter-of-guarantee file archive. * Coordinate submission of canceled letters of guarantee to the General Archive. * Disburse loans to local customers. * Supervise resolution of outstanding items in debtor and creditor temporary accounts held at IFI’s Treasury (0708/0451\). * Review accounting entries posted via the Accounting Notes and Altamira applications. * Handle customer requests related to fund subscription, redemption, and registration for mutual funds (FFMM). * Lead unit process improvement and transformation projects and initiatives. * Approve accounting tickets in the MAC application — Accounting Entries Module. * Record, link, modify, and release received SBLCs to issue letters of guarantee against accounts and instructions from correspondent banks. * Maintain savings/current accounts (automatic debit enrollment/cancellation). * Customer portfolio management. * Modify preferential overdraft fees for customer accounts. * Register and cancel domiciliations in Commercial Management (Nácar). * Assign CARTERA (commercial) customers. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and promote continuous role improvement. **Requirements:** * Experience in **banking operations and correspondent banking**. * Knowledge of **letters of guarantee and international guarantees**. * Experience with **local and international financial institutions**. * **Intermediate-to-advanced English.** * Experience in **team leadership**. * Desirable experience in **projects and process improvement**. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
