The candidate must demonstrate strong willingness to work collaboratively, care for company property, and maintain environments in optimal condition without constant supervision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and maintenance of offices, store, warehouse, restrooms, and common areas. * Cleaning of furniture, display cases, and external surfaces of office equipment and devices. * Keeping warehouses and environments organized, uncluttered, and in good condition. * Proper handling and disposal of waste. * Assisting in preparing environments for meetings, trainings, events, and visits. * Basic reception of visitors and suppliers when required. * Promptly reporting any damage, malfunction, or safety hazard. * Complying with safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and company policies. * Performing other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Work Location: Miraflores Salary: Above market rate.
