Generate management indicators (KPIs) for decision-making **Date:** 16 Jul 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Manage the finished product planning process for assigned categories in the short-, medium-, and long-term to ensure timely and adequate product availability according to sales plans, as well as maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with production operational efficiencies.**What will you do in your role?** * Lead meetings with the commercial team to define product supply based on plant capacity and availability of production lines and materials. * Manage inventory of finished products by SKU and semi-finished products. * Coordinate operations for the rotation of idle products at national and international levels, and monitor materials at risk of obsolescence. * Conduct annual long-term assessment of plant capacities for assigned categories, determining utilization percentage per production line / plant. * Enter planned requirements for packaging and key production inputs for assigned categories (3–6 months) into the SAP\-IBP system. * Generate bills of materials, routing sheets, and manufacturing versions of finished products based on information provided by Packaging Development and Technological Development departments. * Update finished product planning parameters in the SAP\-IBP system at manufacturing centers. * Generate planning KPIs for assigned categories and deliver the Monthly Operational Report for decision-making. What do we need from you? * 2 years of experience in production planning roles; experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Professional with knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and production processes, preferably in FMCG and Industrial Products industries. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel (advanced level preferred). * Knowledge and use of PP and MS Project (intermediate level preferred). * Knowledge and use of SAP and IBP (preferred). * Specialization in Supply Chain (preferred).
