Position Summary: We are seeking a Production or Plant Supervisor to manage requirements, validate work orders, and provide operational support in a leading company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Join our team! * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao. * Education: Technical or University degree—Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Production or Plant Supervisor, with personnel under supervision. * Experience in structures (mandatory). * Microsoft Office, Intermediate–Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, macros). * Knowledge of BPA, BPM, PCP. * Production planning and control, HACCP, BPMs, KPIs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify and manage material and supply requirements. * Review and validate work orders. * Provide operational support and conduct continuous follow-up. * Maintain detailed attendance records for staff. * Prepare service orders for operations. * Manage closure and approval of work orders or third-party service orders. * Keep production area documentation up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Immediate payroll registration. * Market-competitive salary. * Ongoing training opportunities.
