Lead and develop the workforce ***We are looking for you!*** On behalf of our client, a leading company in the food and beverage industry, we are searching for top talent. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the restaurant’s overall operations (kitchen, dining area, and warehouse). * Design and implement commercial strategies and promotions to increase sales. * Control costs, inventory, suppliers, and profitability margins. * Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average transaction value. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and health regulations. * Lead the team (shift scheduling, training, performance management, and workplace climate). * Supervise customer experience and handle complaints or incidents. * Prepare reports and analyze management indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager. * Experience managing restaurant cost control and financial analysis. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Knowledge of POS systems and health regulations (preferred). **Employment Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary * Payroll: **General Regime** * Work Modality: **On-site** * Working Hours: **Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (rotating days off)** * Workplace Location: **Miraflores** "At Human Solutions, we promote the employment integration and inclusion of persons with disabilities."
