Learn about the Sales Management and Post-Sales Transaction Analyst position. * Daily construction and updating of sales reports by BPO partner, sub-channel, product, and campaign. * Monitoring of the conversion funnel and generation of early alerts upon KPI deviations. * Analysis of commercial trends and key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and anomalies. * Development of commercial diagnostics per BPO partner, integrating activity, conversion, and sales quality metrics. * Design and maintenance of tracking dashboards with clear and actionable visualizations. * Management and quality control of databases sourced from multiple systems (CRM, BPO systems, and digital platforms). * Evaluation of lead performance by source and campaign, proposing optimizations to the commercial mix. * Analytical support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) during management sessions with BPO partners, prioritizing data-driven insights and actions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Industrial or Business Engineering, Administration, or Economics. * Commercial data analysis: sales, conversion, funnel, channel KPIs. * Intermediate SQL skills for database extraction and manipulation. * Dashboard design and data visualization tailored for commercial audiences. * Understanding of sales funnels and commercial metrics. * Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial reporting roles. * Experience in reporting and dashboards. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
