Requirements Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Sales, Commercial Management, or Strategic Management is desirable. Experience * Minimum 4 years of experience in sales. * At least 2 years leading commercial teams. * Experience in strategic planning, KPI attainment, and budget management. * Experience in developing new markets and opening commercial channels. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in CRM systems and commercial management tools. * Analysis of performance indicators (KPIs). * Negotiation strategies and sales closing techniques. * Customer portfolio management and retention.
