Training of subordinate staff A women's fashion company is seeking a responsible and charismatic young woman with strong presence for the position of Store Manager, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. Responsibilities: * Providing customer service, accompaniment, and sales management based on image consulting techniques. * Restocking merchandise; designing and proposing store visual presentation. * Cash register and POS system operation. * Generating reports. * Maintaining store image, order, and cleanliness. * Training of subordinate staff. * Other administrative duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Technical or university education. * Proven experience as a store manager, administrator, or women's apparel sales consultant for at least 1 year. (MANDATORY) * Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems. * Availability to work in Surco \- Caminos del Inca Shopping Center. Preference given to candidates residing in nearby areas. * Responsible, punctual, communicative, and presentable. * Passion and interest in fashion. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Residence in areas adjacent to Callao.
