Propose strategies to increase the award rate. ***TENDER AND PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST*** ***Position Description*** Empresas Ochho is seeking a Senior Tender Specialist with extensive experience in public and private procurement, responsible for identifying business opportunities, comprehensively managing tender processes, and ensuring accurate submission of technical, economic, and administrative proposals, thereby contributing to the company's commercial growth. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Identify, analyze, and select tender opportunities in public and private entities. * Review tender documents, Terms of Reference (TDR), technical specifications, and participation requirements. * Prepare and manage complete procurement files. * Coordinate with technical, operational, administrative, and financial departments to collect required documentation. * Prepare technical and economic proposals. * Manage queries, observations, and clarifications during tender processes. * Submit bids via SEACE and other procurement platforms. * Conduct continuous follow-up until award and contract signing. * Maintain all corporate documentation required for tender participation up to date. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and commercial opportunity analyses. * Propose strategies to increase the award rate and the volume of business obtained through tenders. ***Requirements*** * University degree or technical qualification in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ verifiable experience managing public and private tenders. * Demonstrable experience preparing complete procurement files and managing end-to-end tender processes—from announcement to award. * Solid knowledge of the Peruvian Public Procurement Law and its regulations. * Proficiency in SEACE, RNP, and related procurement systems. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in construction, renovation, maintenance, or general services companies is desirable. * Strong document analysis capability and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. ***Competencies*** * Results orientation. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Negotiation. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure. * Analytical and problem-solving skills.
