El Estudio Core is seeking a CALL CENTER TRAINER – COLLECTIONS **Job Objective:** Design and implement training programs for collection agents to ensure their proper preparation, development of commercial skills, and continuous improvement of performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement initial and ongoing training programs for collection agents. * Train on collection techniques, negotiation, handling objections, and closing payment agreements. * Develop and update collection scripts, training materials, and operational manuals. * Support the onboarding and training process for new employees. * Identify training needs and propose corrective actions based on performance results. * Monitor and measure training effectiveness using KPIs. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist, preferably in collections. * Experience training commercial or collections teams. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, handling objections, and closing. * Familiarity with management KPIs and Office tools. * Preferred experience in developing training materials, scripts, and manuals. **Competencies** * Effective communication * Teaching ability * Leadership and influence * Results orientation * Proactivity * Group facilitation * Analytical and follow-up capability * Adaptability Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in the collections field? * Which collection KPIs are you familiar with?
