As leaders in technological innovation and development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** At **ACCIONA**, for its **CONSTRUCTION** business, we require hiring a **COST SPECIALIST** for a project in Lima. **MISSION** The professional will be responsible for supporting cost management across all project phases—from initial budget planning through to financial close—preparing and updating detailed budgets, conducting unit cost analyses, verifying quantity take-offs, and preparing monthly and additional valuations in accordance with contracts and technical specifications. **Candidate Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** Civil Engineer, Highway Engineer, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Mining Engineer, or equivalent degree issued in the candidate’s country **Experience:** * **General Experience:** 6 years of experience following graduation or issuance of the relevant degree (for foreign professionals). * **Specific Experience:** 3 years of specific experience in roles such as Supervisor and/or Specialist and/or Coordinator and/or Engineer—or any combination thereof—in: Cost Management and/or Budgeting and/or Valuations and/or Cost Control and/or Quantity Take-off and Budget Valuations under construction contracts for linear infrastructure works or similar projects. **Location:** * Metropolitan Lima **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist the Manager of Costs and Valuations ACCIONA has received the Top Employer Certification 2024 and 2025.
