We operate nationwide with strategically located plants in Piura, Arequipa, Trujillo, and Nazca **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Plant Management and Plant Supervision roles, specifically in cyanidation plants; direct experience in crushing, grinding, agitation leaching (CIL/CIP), ADR systems; leadership in commissioning, start-up, and optimization of installed capacity. * Knowledge and experience in process management and control, and project development. * Immediate availability to work in Piura under a 20x10 work regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Direct, plan, and control all operations and the value extraction process of the mineral being treated, ensuring maximum recovery and personnel safety. * Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on preventive and corrective maintenance programs to avoid unexpected equipment or process shutdowns. * Analyze Metallurgical Balances to maximize value recovery and reduce unnecessary reagent consumption. * Lead the plant’s team of operators, technicians, and supervisors; assign shifts; control consumables budgets; and ensure supply of reagents and spare parts. * Supervise tailings disposal systems and effluent monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Assume and complement the Superintendent’s duties in their absence. * Perform other position-specific responsibilities. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll with 100% coverage of all statutory benefits. * All transportation, meals, and accommodation will be covered by the employer. * Career development path. * Positive work environment. **Note:** **\- "This recruitment is open to persons with disabilities, per Law No. 29973\."** Salary: S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
