We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Inspector. **Job Description** \*\*Product Certification Technical Specialist \- Key Responsibilities:\*\* * Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance with the ISO/IEC 17065 management system for energy efficiency certification of household appliances and related products within the defined scope. * Develop and maintain certification schemes, evaluation criteria, decision rules, and conformity criteria aligned with ISO/IEC 17065, applicable technical standards, and regulatory requirements. * Serve as the organization’s technical expert on energy efficiency certification, interpreting test methods, laboratory reports, and technical results to ensure consistency and impartiality. * Evaluate the technical competence of external laboratories and provide technical support to the Certification Committee. * Actively participate in risk management processes, impartiality analysis, and management reviews, providing technical justification for the scope of certification to accreditation assessors and other stakeholders. * Conduct document reviews and on-site evaluations, and address technical observations and nonconformities identified during the accreditation process. * Make certification decisions based on established procedures, with authority to delegate tasks to qualified personnel under supervision. * Support the sales team in structuring the operational scope of new or modified certification services to align with customer requirements. **Requirements** Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Energy Engineer, or Industrial Engineer. Completion and passing of at least one course as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for Quality. (Desirable) Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17025 (Mandatory) Familiarity with Supreme Decree No. 009\-2017\-EM, Technical Regulation on Energy Efficiency Labeling for Energy Equipment. (Desirable) Desirable knowledge of ISO 50001\. Three years of experience in product conformity assessment and certification activities for household appliances.
