We are seeking top talent for the position of **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR SMALL EQUIPMENT.** DO YOU ENJOY CHALLENGES AND TEAMWORK? **THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY!** **WHAT DO WE NEED?** * Technician in heavy machinery, hydraulic technician, electromechanical technician, automotive mechanics technician, automotive electricity technician, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in management and maintenance of **small equipment.** * Experience in construction, mining, workshops, or dealerships. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance on assigned small equipment and components for servicing, inspection, or diagnosis. * Carry out repairs as directed by your immediate supervisor on components, small equipment, and accessories. * Verify that small equipment operates properly and does not pose risks during operations or tasks. * Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors when assistance, accompaniment, or supervision is required. * Perform other duties related to the position and/or those assigned by your immediate supervisor based on your knowledge and experience. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory social benefits. * Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Career development path. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. * Modality: On-site. * Work location: Lima.
