Strategic inventory and display management At El Leñador JV, we continue growing and are looking for a committed, organized, and experienced Store Administrator — Full-Time position. Requirements: University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Administrator, Store Leader, Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar roles. Availability to work in areas near Villa El Salvador. Responsibilities: Plan and direct store team activities to meet the established sales budget. Control and supervise sales team, cashier, and warehouse activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer service protocols (work schedules, overtime, vacations, etc.). Supervise and control store operations, adhering to established parameters to ensure proper functioning and compliance with current regulations. Supervise and manage displays to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Manage appropriate inventory levels to maintain expected stock for sales execution.
