Required Profile: \- University graduate in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience leading financial commercial teams. \- Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills. \- Willingness to travel. Job Objective: Lead the commercial strategy to increase loan disbursements, deposits, and the Cooperative's sustainable growth.
