COMMERCIAL PROJECTS AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER **Company: Peru InsideOut** At Peru InsideOut, we are seeking top talent for the position of **Commercial Projects and Implementation Manager**, responsible for coordinating the implementation of new projects, managing suppliers, supporting the development of commercial proposals, and providing assistance in the opening and equipping of hotels, cafeterias, restaurants, culinary schools, and other businesses. The selected candidate will serve as the liaison among clients, suppliers, designers, and management, ensuring the proper execution of each project from planning through launch. REQUIREMENTS * Professional or final-year student in Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, commercial implementation, or related areas. * Experience coordinating with suppliers and contractors. * Basic knowledge of commercial space design, furniture, and equipment. * Ability to interpret floor plans, design proposals, and renderings. * Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate implementation and equipping projects for businesses. * Request, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with suppliers. * Track orders, deliveries, and installations. * Coordinate with architects, designers, and suppliers for developing proposals and renderings. * Support the review and follow-up of designs, layouts, and 3D visualizations. * Manage schedules and ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Identify and contact potential clients interested in new projects. * Schedule commercial meetings with prospects and leads. * Follow up on commercial opportunities and maintain an updated customer database. * Prepare presentations, proposals, and documentation for commercial meetings. * Draft progress reports for management. * Provide support during the implementation and launch of new businesses.
