What are the main responsibilities? * Managing reception, visitor接待, and mail handling. * Providing administrative support to departments (procurement, petty cash control, comprehensive travel management, meeting room and parking reservations, among others). * Supervising office condition and maintenance. * Managing pantry and supplies. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing or having completed undergraduate studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level MS Office skills; ERP or other administrative management software experience preferred. * A leadership-oriented, communicative, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual. What are the employment conditions? * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Workplace located in Lince, bordering San Isidro. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, on-site from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs; Saturdays remote from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs. * Competitive salary.
