We are looking for an Export and Customs Assistant (Bellavista) to join our mission of transforming global logistics, grounded in values of commitment, integrity, and teamwork. Provide support in managing and tracking export operations, ensuring correct execution of customs procedures and compliance with customer requirements within established deadlines. · What are we looking for? Completed technical studies in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. University education in International Business, International Trade, Administration, or related disciplines is desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience in customs agencies performing export-related functions. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the SINTAD customs system is desirable. Basic knowledge of the SUNAT Customs portal is desirable. Basic English proficiency is desirable. Availability to work in Callao. · What challenges will you face with us? Manage the opening of internal orders to initiate export operations. Prepare proforma invoices for services or additional costs incurred during the process. Track export customs declarations (DAM) and their regularization. Collect and verify documentation required for proper management of export clearances. Monitor and update operational information in traceability systems. Manage operational payments, record information in portals, and schedule appointments per customer requirements. Coordinate and follow up on procedures with shipping lines and other stakeholders involved in the logistics chain. Comply with security, quality, BASC, OEA, and Occupational Health and Safety procedures. Support other activities related to export operations. What competencies do we value? Effective communication.
