Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to register orders, generate dispatch notes, and manage Kardex, ensuring material control. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Completed higher education or technical studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities: * Register work orders in the system. * Register service orders in the system. * Generate dispatch notes for supplies and/or tools. * Generate material and spare parts delivery guides each time a worker leaves to perform any type of work at the client's facility. * Manage Kardex. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
