Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record accounting transactions, prepare reports, and support month-end and year-end closings as well as tax filings. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel **Position:** Accounting Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** * Record purchases, sales, and other accounting transactions in the system. * Review and file payment vouchers and accounting documentation. * Assist in preparing bank reconciliations. * Monitor and record accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Prepare and review accounting and financial reports. * Support preparation of tax returns and electronic ledgers. * Verify compliance with tax requirements for payment vouchers. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital accounting documentation archives. * Assist in monthly and annual accounting closing processes. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate or final-cycle student of Accounting. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of tax and labor regulations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with accounting systems (e.g., CONCAR, SISCONT, STARSOFT or similar, preferred). * Strong organizational and analytical skills. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and professional ethics. * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Willingness for continuous learning.
