Job Summary: Supports the recording, analysis, and preparation of accounting reports, as well as account reconciliation and budgetary control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recording and analyzing costs and operating expenses 2. Preparation of accounting and cost reports 3. Support in budgetary control and variance analysis **BENEFITS:** * FOLA Insurance * Monday to Friday (07:45 to 18:06\) * Market-aligned economic subsidy * Internship agreement * Learning and development path **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support recording and analyzing costs and operating expenses. * Support recording and classifying accounting information in the system. * Support preparing accounting and cost reports (monthly and/or weekly). * Support reconciling accounting accounts. * Support costing finished products and imports. * Support developing management indicators (financial KPIs). * Support budgetary control and variance analysis. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic background: Currently pursuing a university degree in Accounting. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations (desirable). * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
