Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant to diagnose and resolve software and network issues, monitor servers, coordinate with vendors, and provide technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Software and network problem diagnosis and resolution 2. Monitoring and support for virtualized servers 3.
