Job Summary: Supervises the proper execution of civil works, ensures compliance with standards, and coordinates project progress, guaranteeing safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of safety, environment, and quality **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer * More than 5 years of experience * Solid knowledge of construction and safety technical standards.\- Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao.\- Intermediate proficiency in Office applications. * Immediate availability. * Employment certificates required. * Availability for in-person interviews in Callao. **We Offer:** * Monthly payments * General Labor Regime * Others. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of civil works: foundations, concrete structures, drainage works, earthworks, buildings, platforms, and auxiliary works. * Monitor compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and quality standards. * Coordinate daily with the Resident Engineer and/or Project Manager regarding construction progress. * Supervise and monitor both directly employed and subcontracted personnel on site. * Verify correct usage of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Coordinate with the Safety (SST) department on compliance with procedures, IPERC, and work permits. * Participate in coordination meetings, daily toolbox talks, and Safe Work Analysis (ATS). \- Review and validate quantity take-offs, valuations, and civil works progress reports. * Support preparation and monitoring of the construction schedule; identify deviations and propose technical and operational solutions. * Coordinate with the Logistics department for material requisition and receipt. * Coordinate with the Metal Structures Fabrication Manager regarding dispatch and receipt of project metal structures to be installed, such as civil installation of fabricated metal structures. * Submit a weekly report to the Resident Engineer, with a copy to the Operations Manager, covering activities under the supervisor’s responsibility. * Review and approve weekly attendance records of labor personnel provided by the Site Administrator; assign workers to crews according to project needs. * Coordinate with the SSOMA Supervisor regarding application and use of PPE by workers. * Comply with regulations, rules, and procedures established in the Integrated Management System for Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018\). * Be responsible for one’s own safety and that of workers under one’s supervision, as well as for facilities, equipment, materials, and the work environment. * Be familiar with SIG SSTMAC policies and verify their implementation. * Ensure order and cleanliness across all work areas under one’s responsibility. * Submit required reports—weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly—as requested, summarizing completed activities, and upon conclusion of assignment, submit other reports related to responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor. **WORK LOCATION: CALLAO** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have as a CIVIL WORKS SUPERVISOR?
