Management of product documentation and internal procedures A frozen meat company is seeking a production assistant. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the company. 2\. Monitor compliance with procedures, instructions, and records established in the Good Handling Practices manuals and in the Hygiene, Sanitation, and Pest Control Program. 3\. Support the implementation of methodologies, procedures, instructions, and work standards of the quality department. 4\. Maintain up-to-date product documentation. 5\. Assist in developing instructions, handbooks, and internal procedures. 6\. Keep the workplace clean and organized. 7\. Review and issue reports for each production batch generated. 8\. Comply with internal regulations, directives, procedures, and rules, as well as with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 9\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or department manager related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Technical or university education in Food Industries, Agroindustry, or related fields. 2\. Minimum 6 months of experience in the food industry, including management of proprietary documentation and completion of departmental forms. 3\. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and sanitation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
