Job Summary: Production Assistant for the frozen meat sector, responsible for verifying and controlling compliance with Good Practices and supporting quality documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in implementing quality methodologies and standards 2. Verification and control of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3. Maintenance of product documentation A frozen meat sector company is seeking a Production Assistant. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the company. 2\. Control compliance with procedures, instructions, and records established in the Good Handling Practices manuals and in the Hygiene, Sanitation, and Pest Control Program. 3\. Support implementation of methodologies, procedures, instructions, and work standards of the quality department. 4\. Maintain up-to-date product documentation. 5\. Support development of internal instructions, handbooks, and procedures. 6\. Keep the workplace clean and organized. 7\. Review and issue reports for each production batch generated 8\. Comply with regulations, directives, procedures, and internal rules, as well as with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 9\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or department manager related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Technical or university studies in Food Industries, Agro-industry, or related fields. 2\. Minimum 6 months of experience in the food industry, handling internal documentation and completing departmental forms. 3\. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and sanitation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
