If you are a leader passionate about safety, integrity, and agility, this challenge is for you! **The Challenge:** As the **SSOMA Manager**, you will be the key player ensuring our large-scale projects meet the highest safety and sustainability standards. You will lead a team of auditors and inspectors, guaranteeing every process aligns with our culture of excellence and current regulations. **What You’ll Do With Us:** * **Lead and supervise** the field team of auditors, inspectors, and executors. * **Design and deliver** technical training programs for internal staff and contractors. * **Validate and audit** compliance with safety plans on high-complexity projects. * **Manage risks and reporting:** Identify hazards, propose corrective actions, and issue high-level compliance reports. * **Strategic Integration:** Collaborate closely with Inspection and Planning teams to unify SSOMA indicators in global site reports. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Degree-holding and licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Safety, Civil Engineering, or related fields (valid license required). * **Experience:** Proven track record managing SSOMA for infrastructure projects. * **Specific Experience (Mandatory):** \* Participation in at least **8 projects**, each with budgets exceeding **S/ 10MM**. * Minimum of **3 large-scale projects** (over **S/ 30MM** each). * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Demonstrable experience implementing **ISO 45001 and ISO 14001** management systems. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, assertive communication, agility in decision-making, and results-oriented mindset. **Why Join Overlay?** * Opportunity to work at a company that lives and breathes **Technology and Innovation**. * Participation in nationally impactful projects. * Organizational culture rooted in integrity and human talent. **Apply now and be part of the digital transformation in construction!** Salary: S/.8,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per hour Expected Hours: 48\.0 per week Application Question(s): * Are you available immediately? * What is your salary range?
