If you enjoy working with data, tracking indicators, coordinating across departments, and contributing to process optimization, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Monitor supplier performance through KPI analysis. * Identify service-level deviations and support implementation of improvement actions. * Collaborate in evaluating services provided by suppliers. * Support payment commitment tracking and capacity forecasting for suppliers. * Participate in audits and follow up on action plans derived from findings. * Develop dashboards and performance indicators for decision-making. * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with service agreements. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Vendor Management processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, commercial, operations, or supplier management roles. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel for information analysis and indicator tracking. * Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to track multiple activities. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **We Are Looking For** ------------------------- * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Effective communication with internal customers and suppliers. * Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
