




Job Summary: We are seeking a physician with a postgraduate diploma in occupational health to implement management systems, identify hazards, and conduct health surveillance in Callao. A company specialized in Occupational Health is seeking one (1) physician with a postgraduate diploma in occupational health, graduated in **Peru**. **PROFILE:** * Licensed and registered physician from **Peru**. * Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health (Mandatory). * Minimum 4 years of experience as an occupational physician in the public or private sector **(Mandatory).** * BLS or PHTLS certification **(Mandatory).** * Functional testing course for Occupational Health examinations (minimum 10 hours). * Advanced office software training. * Residence in the city of Callao **(Mandatory)**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement the company’s occupational health management system in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation. * Identify health hazards in IPERCs based on company activities and processes, and recommend appropriate control measures. * Provide medical care for emergency and urgent medical cases. * Implement the Plan for Surveillance, Prevention, and Control of COVID\-19 in the Workplace. * Prepare all documentation applicable to the occupational health management system and emergency response: plans, programs, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and forms. * Conduct inspection visits to various work areas to identify health hazards during different construction processes. * Responsible for conducting health surveillance related to workers’ job positions and environmental conditions, for both national and foreign workers. * Monitor occupational medical evaluations of national and foreign workers: follow-up on recommendations, restrictions, and observations. * Prepare monthly reports, statistics, and indicators for the Occupational Health Management System. * Train and instruct personnel on workplace health, safety, hygiene, and ergonomics. * Participate in the analysis of work-related accidents and occupational diseases. * Coordinate referrals and medical care for work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and common illnesses. * Audit Occupational Medical Examinations and Occupational Health Clinics. * Train and instruct First Aid Brigades on medical emergency response. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Occupational Physician Supervisor.
