We are seeking an Occupational Physician with experience in the public or private sector to implement and manage the company's occupational health system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation of the occupational health management system.
2. Identify risk factors and propose recommendations for control.
3. Coordinate medical care and follow-up of occupational evaluations.

A company specialized in Occupational Health is seeking one (1) Physician with a diploma in Occupational Health, graduated in **Peru**.
**PROFILE:**
* Licensed and registered physician from **Peru**.
* Diploma in Occupational Health (Mandatory).
* Minimum 4 years of experience as an Occupational Physician in the public or private sector (Mandatory).
* BLS or PHTLS certification (Mandatory).
* Functional testing course for Occupational Health examinations (minimum 10 hours).
* Advanced office software training.
* Must reside in the city of Callao (Mandatory).
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Implement the company's occupational health management system according to the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation.
* Identify health risk factors in IPERCs based on company activities and processes, and provide recommendations for control measures.
* Provide medical care for emergency and urgent medical cases.
* Implement the Plan for Surveillance, Prevention, and Control of COVID\-19 at Work.
* Prepare all documentation applicable to the occupational health management system and emergency response: plans, programs, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and forms.
* Conduct inspection visits to various work areas to identify health risk factors during different construction processes.
* Responsible for occupational health surveillance related to workers' job positions and environmental conditions, for both national and foreign workers.
* Follow up on occupational medical evaluations of national and foreign workers: monitoring recommendations, restrictions, and observations.
* Prepare monthly reports, statistics, and indicators for the Occupational Health Management System.
* Train and educate personnel on occupational health, safety, hygiene, and ergonomics.
* Participate in the analysis of work-related accidents and occupational diseases.
* Coordinate medical referrals and treatment for work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and common illnesses.
* Audit Occupational Medical Examinations and Occupational Medical Centers.
* Train and instruct First Aid Brigades on medical emergency response topics.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Occupational Physician.
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
