Maintenance and updating of product documentation A company in the frozen meat sector is seeking a Production Assistant. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the company. 2. Monitor compliance with procedures, instructions, and records established in the Good Handling Practices manuals and in the Hygiene, Sanitation, and Pest Control Program. 3. Support implementation of methodologies, procedures, instructions, and work standards of the quality department. 4. Maintain up-to-date product documentation. 5. Assist in drafting instructions, handbooks, and internal procedures. 6. Keep the workplace clean and organized. 7. Review and issue reports for each production batch generated. 8. Comply with internal regulations, directives, procedures, and rules, as well as with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 9. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or department manager related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Technical or university education in Food Industries, Agro-industry, or related fields. 2. Minimum 6 months’ experience in the food industry, including handling internal documentation and completing departmental forms. 3. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and sanitation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
