Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and manage the management system within the work team. * Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with SSOMA procedures and standards on the assigned project. * Address SSOMA-related requirements of the assigned project. * Represent the technical team on SSOMA matters jointly with the Senior Engineer and the SSOMA Head. * Manage external audits, inspections, certifications, or managerial safety evaluations related to health, safety, quality, and environment. * Coordinate, develop, and update risk matrices and environmental aspect matrices for assigned projects. * Prepare, review, and update procedures, instructions, forms, plans, programs, and other documents to ensure optimal project performance. * Develop and prepare SSOMA-related training and awareness materials. * Actively participate in training delivery, including courses, classes, or seminars. * Communicate and disseminate to direct reports applicable organizational communications, directives, orders, or similar instructions related to their work. * Initiate, coordinate, participate in incident or non-conformance investigation processes, and follow up on reports for area projects. * Conduct internal or external audits, office and field inspections, and generate corresponding reports. * Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken for incident or non-conformance reports related to assigned projects. * Coordinate, ensure maintenance and updating of Contingency Plans for assigned projects. * Fulfill functions or responsibilities assigned under company programs, plans, regulations, procedures, and other established management tools, as well as requirements of the management system. * Report incidents and non-conformances occurring during duties. * Maintain order and cleanliness of offices or work areas. * Comply with legal requirements and other voluntary commitments assumed by the company. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in performed activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree holder and registered member of the Professional Association in Environmental Engineering and/or Agronomy and/or Mining and/or Geology and/or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. * Postgraduate diploma and/or specialization in Occupational Safety and Health and/or Environment and/or Integrated Management Systems and/or SSOMA and/or related topics. * Minimum four (4) years’ experience in roles similar to Safety, HSE, Inspection, SSOMA, or equivalent positions/functions. * Experience in mining-sector projects is desirable. * Residence in Puno, Cusco, Arequipa, or nearby cities is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site under field-work arrangements. \#Perú \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Miraflores**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Apr 22, 2026, 3:44:21 PM
