Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional in Occupational Safety and Health to ensure regulatory compliance and provide advisory support to personnel on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) legal regulations 2. Participate in dissemination and training of the OSH Management System 3. Monitor the safe execution of construction activities **Requirements:** · Technical education (mandatory requirement). · Diploma in Risk Prevention and/or Occupational Safety and Health. · Basic knowledge of G.050 Safety during Construction, Law No. 29783 and its Regulation Law No. 005\-2012 Occupational Safety and Health. · Training in international standards ISO 45001 and/or ISO 9001\. · Microsoft Office. · Minimum 1 year of experience in OSH within construction projects. **Key Duties:** · Ensure compliance with applicable OSH legal regulations by providing necessary advisory support to project personnel. · Disseminate the SIG Policy and OSH-related policies, standards, and laws—including current legal requirements—to all project staff, as well as suppliers and subcontractors. · Monitor that construction activities are carried out in a safe working environment, complying with occupational safety and health guidelines. · Participate in promoting the OSH Management System through safety talks, inductions, and workshops. · Support the Chain of Command in conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, and assist Foremen and Supervisors in developing Safe Work Analyses (SWA) and completing work permits and checklists. · Train site personnel on Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment, in accordance with current regulations and other related topics. · Participate in awareness campaigns on safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. · Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** · Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. · Remuneration: S/. 2500\.00 Soles. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am \- 12:00 pm. · Work location – Magdalena del Mar.
