Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to provide airport-based customer service, responsible for advising passengers and managing reservations and payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting and advising passengers on official taxi services. 2. Identifying customer needs and offering relevant services. 3. Recording reservations and managing cash handling. For over two decades, we have been the official transportation provider of Jorge Chávez International Airport and the strategic partner of Lima’s leading 5-star hotels, driving us to maintain and exceed the highest standards of quality and personalized service. We are looking to hire a **Sales Advisor** for our customer service module at Jorge Chávez International Airport. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist and advise passengers regarding the official taxi service. * Identify customer needs and offer taxi services accordingly. * Register reservations in the sales system. * Process cash and POS payments and manage daily cash handling. * Issue receipts/invoices as required. * Prepare daily incident reports and cash reconciliation reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in face-to-face sales and customer service. * Experience operating POS systems and handling cash. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts at Jorge Chávez International Airport (4 working days and 2 days off). **Benefits:** * Full statutory payroll coverage from day one. * Base salary: S/1350 \+ performance-based variable of up to S/800.
